A 30-Day Review for Newly Recruited Warehouse Teams

Review new warehouse recruits against agreed duties, training, accuracy and support needs during the first month of employment.

Warehouse supervisor and worker discussing a first-month review.
The first month is a useful time to check whether a new warehouse team has received the training and support promised at recruitment. Employers hiring Bangladeshi workers should compare performance with clear duties and realistic expectations, rather than waiting for a problem to become a replacement request. Review the agreed role Check that workers are carrying out the duties described in the offer. If the operation has changed, discuss the effect on responsibilities and training. A new task should not be treated as a skill the recruiter already verified when it was outside the brief. Look at training evidence Confirm which instructions, equipment demonstrations and supervised assessments each person completed. Identify gaps before assigning unfamiliar work. Previous warehouse employment does not replace training in the new site’s routes, products and reporting procedures. Consider quality and safe practice Review picking accuracy, goods care and the ability to follow instructions alongside output. Compare like tasks under similar conditions. A speed target without context can obscure both training needs and operational problems. Ask the workers Discuss unclear instructions, transport or accommodation concerns where relevant, and access to a supervisor. Give a practical way to raise questions. Record actions with an owner and review date instead of leaving the conversation at a general reassurance. Use feedback for the next intake Share relevant, factual recruitment feedback with Rapidocs within the agreed scope and applicable data requirements. The findings can improve future briefs and screening. A first-month review supports better decisions; it does not guarantee every placement will work out or replace the employer’s supervision responsibilities.
