International Recruitment Timelines: Plan by Milestones
Plan recruitment through brief approval, screening, selection, documentation, authority decisions and joining rather than a single promised date.

Employers often need a joining date before recruitment has begun. A target is useful, but a single fixed promise can hide several uncertain stages. International recruitment of Bangladeshi workers is easier to manage when the plan separates milestones and dependencies.
Agree the requirement
The first milestone is an approved brief with roles, headcount and terms. Changes at this stage affect sourcing and candidate decisions. Confirm who can approve the brief and resolve questions.
Track sourcing and assessment
Set realistic windows for screening, interviews and any practical tests. Employer feedback is a dependency too. A shortlist waiting for a decision is different from a sourcing delay and should be reported accurately.
Separate documents from decisions
Document preparation, submission and authority approval are distinct events. A complete file does not guarantee an approval or its timing. Confirm current requirements for the destination and candidate situation instead of relying on another worker’s past experience.
Confirm readiness before travel
Review outstanding notice obligations, approvals and joining arrangements. Do not describe a target arrival as confirmed until the necessary steps are complete. Keep candidate communications consistent with the actual status.
Use an update format
For each vacancy, record the current milestone, outstanding item, responsible person and next review date. This gives the employer an actionable picture without pretending every external decision can be controlled.
Work from the same plan
Rapidocs can coordinate agreed recruitment stages and communication. Share your operational deadline early so the team can discuss feasibility, but allow for the approvals and individual circumstances that recruitment coordination cannot guarantee.
