Greenhouse Worker Recruitment: Explaining Seasonal Duties
Recruit greenhouse workers with a clear account of crops, tasks, seasonal timing, supervision and employment terms.

Greenhouse jobs vary across crops and seasons. A worker experienced in harvesting may need training in another growing system, while a general helper may have little crop-handling experience. Employers sourcing Bangladeshi greenhouse workers should describe the season and tasks rather than advertise a broad agricultural role.
Name the work
State the crop and the duties involved: plant support, harvesting, sorting, packing or site upkeep. Explain which activities require training and which are excluded from the vacancy. Specialist equipment or chemical work should never be assumed from the title “farm worker.”
Explain the environment
Give a realistic account of working conditions, schedule and supervision. Describe the tasks and controls identified by the site assessment without making assumptions about a candidate’s suitability based on nationality or previous climate.
Ask for relevant examples
Have candidates describe the crops, tools and tasks they know. Explore how they followed quality instructions and reported a damaged product or unclear instruction. A safe sample handling task can be more informative than a general interview about agricultural experience.
Clarify seasonal terms
State the intended contract period, anticipated work pattern and pay basis. Explain housing and transport where provided, including costs and conditions. If the schedule depends on crop or weather conditions, describe that uncertainty before the candidate accepts the offer.
Coordinate a realistic intake
Rapidocs can source candidates against the employer’s brief and arrange interviews. Work authorisation, destination requirements and any seasonal scheme conditions must be confirmed separately. A target arrival date should not be presented as guaranteed approval or a confirmed travel instruction.
