Commercial Cleaner Recruitment: Matching Experience to the Site
Office, industrial and public-area cleaning need different experience. Build a site-specific recruitment brief and a safe assessment process.

Commercial cleaner recruitment works better when the employer describes the site and tasks. Office cleaning, industrial cleaning and busy public-area work should not be treated as identical positions simply because the same title is used.
Explain the environment
Identify the areas, surfaces, operating hours and equipment involved. State whether cleaners work around the public, machinery or sensitive areas. Specialist tasks should be listed separately and assigned only with appropriate competence and controls.
Ask about direct experience
Invite candidates to explain the sites they worked on and the tasks they carried out personally. Discuss how they received instructions, stored equipment and reported a problem. Record actual examples instead of assuming every worker with GCC experience has used your machines or products.
Plan a safe assessment
Use approved materials and a competent supervisor. Check whether the candidate follows instructions and asks for clarification when a label or task is unfamiliar. Never reward mixing products or improvising a chemical process to demonstrate confidence.
Clarify the employment arrangement
State the work location or expected site rotation, shift pattern, transport arrangements and full pay terms. If duties may move between locations, explain the practical implications before an offer is accepted.
Make induction specific
New starters need to understand the employer’s products, storage, access rules and reporting process. Rapidocs can coordinate sourcing and screening for Bangladeshi cleaners against a clear brief. Experience should guide selection, while the employer verifies suitability for the particular site and provides the training the work requires.
